Mileage on the car when I bought it was 22,000 and after 4-1/2 year I was up to 60,000 so I took it in for that level of service. After they completed the original service agreed upon, the service writer came back with two additional suggestions - front brake pads/resurface rotors and fuel system service. I agreed to both. An expensive day but I should be in good shape for a while. More

Expect More I had a windshield ordered and my 20,000 mile service done. I asked for a quote on tires but was told there weren’t any good options for my car throug I had a windshield ordered and my 20,000 mile service done. I asked for a quote on tires but was told there weren’t any good options for my car through the dealer.... The 20,000 mile service was completed as well as the windshield and everything is good. When I received my car my it was dirty on the outside (could have washed it!) and my passenger rear tire was low to 25psi! It just shows the lack of caring in the part of the mechanics and service writer!! More
