Waited to long I came in for a simple oil change and I was in there for over 2.5 hours. I would have been there longer if I had not gotten up and asked what the dela I came in for a simple oil change and I was in there for over 2.5 hours. I would have been there longer if I had not gotten up and asked what the delay was about. You might ask, "were they busy"? No! When I got there, they were all milling around. The service tech even commented on the fact that this was a slow time. After my inquiry as to what the delay was about, I then had to wait again until they washed the car and to top it all off after waiting so long, the individual drying off my car, did a half-hearted job drying it even after I told him to please do a good job since I had already been there so long. Not the type of service I expect nor is it the usual. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but overall, I would recommend this dealer, but this time, the answer would be NO. THEY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL THIS TIME AROUND. More

Efficient and Friendly- 2 great attributes I arrived for my scheduled appointment in time and was greeted by three friendly employees. Tony, my service advisor explained what the service appoin I arrived for my scheduled appointment in time and was greeted by three friendly employees. Tony, my service advisor explained what the service appointment entailed and then escorted me to waiting area. Great area to get some work done with fresh coffee. When my car was finished, it was sparkling clean and Tony explained what the next maintenance appointment would entail. He gave me his card to set that appointment up when needed, so that I could get a loaner car to use. My inspection results were emailed to me before I even pulled out of the lot. It turned out to be a great start to my day that morning. More
