Warranty work on RX350 Our power seat driver's side squeeked when lowering. Lexus lubed the mechanism and cured the squeek. Also, a fragile cover over the NAV chip wouldn't Our power seat driver's side squeeked when lowering. Lexus lubed the mechanism and cured the squeek. Also, a fragile cover over the NAV chip wouldn't snap shut. I was afraid to break it and it was also fixed. Tire pressures were equalized an all four corners. Good work by the Orlando Lexus service department. More

And will assist from beginning to end of your lease or sale to your next new Lexus. If you have a question about any option, hooking up the systems, he makes sure all was ok weeks after the sale too. A real gem of a person. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy and real then Kevin is your person. All promises were kept in every aspect of our transaction. Kevin will go above and beyond and truly will give you the best deal possible at the time.. It doesn't get any better than that. Nice, personable guy to help you. Honestly, from the first contact with the receptionist to the other sales consultants roaming the sales floor and if they encounter you, like Bob Vittorio offering water, coffee, etc to ensure you are satisfied, or require anything. Chris, sales, who met in the lot, to the porters and auto delivery, all AAA+.... Service is fantastic too!...If you want a great experience that will spoil you, goto Lexus Orland service. Amazing, and they bend over backwards for you...I promise that! The only very minor, minor hiccup, weird thing was the finance guy Mike Bannos, who only printed the docs, no real other interaction. From the first hello at the sales "cube", and kinda handshake, I perceived this guy had an "edge" to him. He was kinda brushing off anything said to him in an argumentative/confrontational type of response behavior to everything I said, or he liked to state things differently. Maybe he is one of these auto finance guys that thinks he knows it all. It appeared he was miffed that I refused to purchase the service maintenance contract also, and argued about that too, first time I ever experienced this. I will write this off this to a REAL bad day, and he wanting to get home since it was 9:00 pm. I see he has had a long history w/ auto business, he still gets 5 stars because I know he wouldn't be part of team if he was like this to all the customers, all the time....and above comments are only my opinion. Just remember, Kevin is the main person for the money/complete deal, period. Overall, I won't allow one finance person sway me now or from future deals, EVER. Oh, and thank you to Chris Merx too, all all those email reminders, etc from Tara!.....And Again to Jim. Kevin, you have a great team here.
