why the service department has given me a negative opinion I have been going to Lexus of Orland for 30 years.In the last 3 years the service for routine oil changes is terrible often taking 2 hours.Aside from I have been going to Lexus of Orland for 30 years.In the last 3 years the service for routine oil changes is terrible often taking 2 hours.Aside from Tony(service) and Jim B(sales),I feel no connection to any of the staff.I can see my car outside completed and it takes 45 minutes to get the paperwork They should recognize long term customers who willingly pay higher prices at the dealer for service and treat them like they used to..In the old days with Scott,,Amy etc. I felt like a valued customer.I have bought many cars from Lexus of Orland including an ISF and will seriously be looking at BMV or RangeRover.this fall.
