June 18, 2018 I came in for an oil change and diagnostics because my engine light was on. I explained to the service person that I had had a diagnosis done by Auto I came in for an oil change and diagnostics because my engine light was on. I explained to the service person that I had had a diagnosis done by Auto Zone who diagnosed my problem as needing a new gas cap. I explained that I had to get emissions test. The technician came out with a report that included maintenance issues. (Some of which I had performed by another shop, but, she didn’t have it on record so, it was included in the diagnosis). The report included the need for a new gas cap along with another issue with the technician stated that needed to be repaired in order for me to pass emissions testing. I asked her to just give me the gas cap. Needless to say, the engine light went out and I passed emissions. More
