Made me feel like I was appreciated. Brought my vehicle in for just a couple of items to be looked at. I haven’t had the car very long and it was a Pre Certified vehicle. Service Departme Brought my vehicle in for just a couple of items to be looked at. I haven’t had the car very long and it was a Pre Certified vehicle. Service Department made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge. They kept me informed at each step on the progress. Within 90 minutes car was completed, washed and I was on my way. No charge!! They thanked me for bringing my vehicle in and asked me to call them if I had any other issues. None since then. Can’t wait for my oil change and service check. Keep up the great work!!! More

When I am told a service is needed, I have it done. I truly believe that the maintenance and care that my ES 330 has received from Lexus of Orland is the reason it is still running smoothly!
