He never tried to mislead me into a sale or ignore a question or concern I had. He gave me all the information I needed without even having to ask. Chris was very patient and he literally sold the brand to me before he sold me my SUV. He went over all the features of my new vehicle with detail and excitement. Surpassed Expectations I made the hour drive to Lexus of Orland to take a look at a certified Lexus Ct 200H on their lot that I had already fallen in love with online. Being my first car-buying experience, I had my guard up, and was not sure exactly what to expect. I worked primarily with Chris Merx, and he made the entire experience enjoyable. He did an excellent job of walking me through every detail and feature the car offered, but really, it sold itself. I can't say enough about his patience. It was clear that he really cared about me understanding every aspect and feature of my purchase. Once the transaction was finalized, I noticed a long scratch on the rocker panel that had been touched up but not well. Chris went the extra mile and assured me that it would be taken care of at no cost. Their paint tech called the next day, and I have an appointment to take the car in tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will definitely recommend Lexus of Orland, and Chris Merx, and will consider Lexus of Orland first when it comes time to buy again. More
