I always enjoy going to Lexus of Orland. They have a beautiful well equipped showroom. And they are the home of the free car wash. When we walked in the door of the Lexus dealership last Saturday, our purpose was just to look at a few cars and move down the motor mile to look at other vehicles. He answered our questions, listened to what we said, showed us several vehicles that might meet our needs, was mindful of the dreary rainy day and keeping us out of the weather. His sales skills were excellent--purposeful, yet not pushy. Once we chose the vehicle we wanted, negotiations went smoothly, fairly and we were signing papers. Once Chris turned us over to Lucas, the finance manager, the experience remained positive as he explained the extended warranty. Again, his skills were purposeful, yet not pushy. His demeanor was calm, polite and added to our new car experience. Chris then returned to carefully explain all the wonderful features of our new purchase. We tried out two other dealerships before arriving at the Orland Park Lexus, and before meeting John Ike. It is clear why we did not purchase anywhere else once we met the staff at Orland Lexus. We were greeted immediately and warmly by everyone in the store. The SUV that we were interested in was already out and polished up for us to see. We went on a few test drives and really were able to get a feel for the car and hear all about the luxuries of Lexus through John Ike, the most knowledgable salesman in the business. John might be an 84 year old retired WWII vet, but he moves like he is in his 20's! He worked with us throughout the night to ensure that we were being taken care of, and that we know everything that was happening. He stayed well after closing time explaining the ins and outs of our new car. We would recommend him to any and everyone! More

Tommy Lynch gave me a hands on lesson as to how the CT200 operated. He even synced my cell phone. He thoroughly explained the car functions from the trunk to the hood of the vehicle. IN parting he gave me his business card and the hours that he was available. Told me to call or stop in if I had any questions. This was my fourth purchase at Lexus of Orland. The courteousness and professionalism of the staff in the Sales and Service end is outstanding.
