My wife & purchased a certified LX 570. Our salesman Kevin Martin was excellent. Although we never owned a Lexus product prior to this purchase & were buying one of their most expensive vehicles, Kevin Kevin Martin was excellent. Although we never owned a Lexus product prior to this purchase & were buying one of their most expensive vehicles, Kevin put his reputation on the line and assured us the truck was as advertised. Kevin asked me what I wanted to pay for the truck and through very little back and forth I got a price a I comfortable with. We bought the truck sight unseen through phone conversations and pictures on line with Kevin. All documents were shipped FEDEX next day by the dealership. All documents always arrived next day as promised with a self-addressed overnight pre-paid return envelope by the dealership. We also bought the extended warranty via Kevin's and the business manager's Lucas' recommendations. They were very cognizant that this transaction was being made over the telephone and were patient regarding all of our many questions. Kevin also arranged for delivery. He went the extra mile to find the best delivery rate and sent pictures of the truck being loaded on the car carrier and faxed all shipping documents. Amazingly, the truck was delivered from Chicago, IL to North FL in just 2 days! If you have had cars shipped before, you know that 2 days is incredibly fast especially with all of the snow that has troubled the Mid-West and NE. The truck was scratch-free and as clean inside and out as Kevin stated it would be. If it were not for Kevin's consistency and patience this deal would not have happened.
