My usual experience at car dealerships is very hectic, and salesman can be very annoying and pushy. But at Lexus of Orland, I've had the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. My dealer was very informative of all the details of the vehicle, and right away found us any discounts possible. I had been in an accident before purchasing the vehicle, and the dealer always asked how I was feeling, and to come in when I was ready to, never pushed me to come in sooner. He was great. Because the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership yet, they gave me a loaner of the the exact vehicle I was purchasing until the car arrived. I never thought that was even possible. The services and guarantees they offer cannot be beat. And the accomadations at the dealership while you are waiting for anything are unlike anything I've seen. I'm used to dirty coffee machines and a 13 inch T.V. at other dealerships, but at Lexus of Orland everything is very clean, and comfortable. Not to mention a big flat screen T.V. to watch, and internet access if you need it. I can go on and on, but overall, my experience here was excellent and I am very happy with the customer service and my new Lexus!
