After searching within a 50 mile radius of our home in Tampa for weeks, I finally found what I was looking for at Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. This UX 250h checks all the boxes on my list and working with Carl Carpenter was a pleasure. Awesome follow up and customer service. After many email exchanges it was great to finally meet him today. The team at Wilde took excellent care of me through the entire process. The assistance with set up and configuration along with the training on my new Lexus gave me peace of mind as I drove home in the pouring rain for over an hour. More

Great experience from when I indicated interest in the vehicle, through the inspection, documentation and purchase. I was buying from out of state and Jim provided all requested info/clarification on time vehicle, through the inspection, documentation and purchase. I was buying from out of state and Jim provided all requested info/clarification on time. He did an initial virtual inspection with me before the detailed inspection. I would highly recommend the dealership to prospective car shoppers. More
