After many years of car shopping, Jim Lally was not your typical "sales person" He was warm and welcoming when we first came in. He was honest and only wanted us to be happy with the car we were interested typical "sales person" He was warm and welcoming when we first came in. He was honest and only wanted us to be happy with the car we were interested in. This didn't even take the whole day, like many other times we went car shopping. There was no pressure at all.
