Upon arrival at the dealership, Jim met us at the door and proceeded to show us the car. Sorry to say the 250 C did not meet our expectations, but Jim worked hard to find us another Lexus we liked. Jim walked us through the deal and treated us with full respect. While we left to eat lunch, Jim saw to it the car was made ready to deliver. The finance manager was very good at helping us walk through the paper work. Next we was handed over to a person to show us all the working of the car, he was very good at setting the car up to our liking, and very knowledgeable of the car. A couple hours later I called to say we would buy the car but it had actually been sold. Amanda Farmer went out of her way to find three cars that might appeal to me. We bought one of the cars she had selected. I am coming from a Porsche Boxster but this car is able to put a smile on my face also. It is stunning. We had a slight problem during financing but Kenny was more than fair and honest when addressing this issue.
