Patient and helpful We were shopping for a car for over a month. Lexus was the last stop for us to look. After looking at an ES 350 and the equipment level we engaged one of the sales staff to ask for Questions. Curt was extremely helpful and was not high pressure. We scheduled a test drive the next day and after taking the ES out for a drive, we decided to look at the RX350. After deciding that was what we wanted, He was very helpful in finding the car on the lot that suited my wife. Even after we were done with the sale, they sent someone to pick us up and bring us to the dealership to pick up the car. First class service. I have never owned a Lexus previously but this dealership seems to go to extra lengths to get and then maintain your business. Additionally, I had to call in with a question and June, who answered the phone was extremely helpful and found the answer for me. She even called back for a follow up. I have spent my career in Technical and customer service working in Aviation. They seem to get it. I can not comment yet on the service department but I spoke to some other customers while we were there and they had high praise. More
