The service at this dealership since new ownership took over has been very underwhelming. I scheduled an oil/filter service and told the scheduler I would wait for the vehicle. When I arrived I was told I would be waiting 3-4 hours…”we are very busy”. I asked why the scheduler did not mention this and was told they use a third party for scheduling. I asked if they felt it was reasonable to make someone wait for 3-4 hours for an oil change? Not much of a reply. I purchased 4 vehicles from the dealer when it was Wilde Lexus. I will not be purchasing or servicing any of my vehicles from this dealer going forward. More

I was scare by the service rep who said my tire could not be repaired and I wouldn’t make it out of the lot. No details. I was trapped there and ended up overpaying for a new tire and didn’t have my car for be repaired and I wouldn’t make it out of the lot. No details. Excellent customer service. Greg Burris my service advisor walked out to my Lexus RX350 after I explained the minor issues I had. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a courtesy car to drive while my oil change and rotation was being performed. Greg is one of the best advisors I have met. GREAT JOB!!! More
BUYER BEWARE. Before you do business with Lexus of Sarasota make sure you are comfortable with their ethics & how they have treated other customers when problems Before you do business with Lexus of Sarasota make sure you are comfortable with their ethics & how they have treated other customers when problems arise. I took my vehicle in for a 5 MPH collision repair (someone backed into me). I had 4 issues that were not a problem before I took the vehicle in for the repair, but were a problem when I picked it up. 2 of those issues they fixed in a relatively quick timeframe. The 3rd issue I didn’t them on push, I fiqured I needed to pick my battles. The 4th item their service department quoted me $3600 for a problem that did not exist when the vehicle went in, but was a problem after I picked the up vehicle. Lexus of Sarasota seems to think it is merely a coincidence that two parts that basically perform the same function (a left and right subassembly) both happen to go bad at the exact same time, even though they were working in the area of those parts on the vehicle during the initial repair. That doesn’t sound like a coincidence to me but I am the one left having to pay for this expensive repair, that it appears to me, they caused. If this is the way Lexus of Sarasota treats people then it also makes me question how their parent company, Morgan Automotive Group, treats customers at all their dealerships.
