Top notch sales experience I came into Wilde Lexus yesterday looking for either service advise on my older RX400H Lexus SUV or looking over new Lexus utility vehicles. I was supplied with service info and went looking at lot for new vehicles. Mr. Greg Brochure was very helpful in assembling info on various cars at his location for my consideration. After a brief period of time I was able to select the vehicle which best met my needs. He was also very helpful and attentive in getting the paperwork filled out in a timely manner. Phenomenal Customer Service - BEST EVER!!! Let me start off by saying that I searched online for a used Lexus CT 200H on the Wilde Lexus of Sarasota website and that is when my online customer Let me start off by saying that I searched online for a used Lexus CT 200H on the Wilde Lexus of Sarasota website and that is when my online customer service began with Patrick Chartrand. There were a couple used CT's there and I drove one and loved it, but I really wanted one with the newer front grill and nav. Patrick knew my preferences as far as what I wanted in a used CT. It was only a few days later and I got an email from Patrick saying there was an Ultrasonic blue 2015 F Sport CT that just came in. The car he emailed me about was actually a nicer model CT 200H. I responded right away and said YES, I want it!!! Basically it would come down to me either liking or not liking the Ultrasonic blue color in person! To save time I sent him all of the paperwork that he needed and I met him when the car was ready and what do you know?! I fell in love with the car and drove away in it THAT day! My Lexus CT 200H is absolutely gorgeous on the exterior and the interior and the drive and performance of my hatchback hybrid is pretty impressive I must say! I love the gas mileage that I get with my Lexus. I don't regret trading in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler at all!! I got a great deal on my Lexus and my trade and the fact that there was absolutely no pressure from anyone at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota was mind blowing. I've had a few vehicles in my life and this was by far the best car buying and trading experience that I've had. The customer service between Patrick was nothing but Prompt, Professional, Fun, Smooth and SEAMLESS!!!! Yes, FUN! We had some good laughs! Such a great personable guy! He made my experience at Wilde Lexus memorable and I would highly refer him to anyone that is in the market for a Lexus or any used vehicle they have there. Patrick went above and beyond!!! I also thank Peter for showing me all of the bells and whistles inside my Lexus CT 200H and thank you Tim Fink, the Finance Manager for the no-pressure and definitely hassle free experience!
