A Happy Customer Dear Wilde Lexus - I have leased a new Lexus from you for the past 6 years (two 3-yr leases). This year I decided however, that if possible, I wanted Dear Wilde Lexus - I have leased a new Lexus from you for the past 6 years (two 3-yr leases). This year I decided however, that if possible, I wanted fulfill a life-long dream and drive a Jaguar. So I first called Grant Gaugler (whom I had worked with on my 2 Lexus leases), and explained my wishes to him. He was very courteous and professional, and said that he would personally walk across the parking lot to your Jaguar dealership and help me. Grant did a nice bit of transitioning, and within 24 hours, I was talking to the right Jaguar personnel, specifically Zac Blaugh and Bill Kirk. There is no Lexus deale An outstanding car experience at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. We had read on line some very satisfied customer reviews of Wilde. There is no Lexus dealership in Lakeland, FL. We chose Wilde over dealerships in Tampa and Clearwater because of the customer reviews. At Wilde, we worked with Grant Gaugler. After explaining to Grant our desires, he walked us through the various models and available options. Grant was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also laid out various financing scenarios and the rational of each. Our intention was to also look at the Acura and Infiniti. However, after working with Grant and seeing what the Lexus offered, we didn't make it any further. We took a 3 year lease and fully intend to return to Wilde for a renewal. We highly recommend Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler. We also would like to recognize Peter Namerow, who spent over an hour explaining the various safety and technological capabilities of the Lexus. Peter kept it in simple terms and was very patient. Great job. More
