Poor technology instructions for registering online & Apps This dealer gave extremely poor instructions on how to register for Lexusdrivers.com and for the Lexus Enform registration Steps. Not to mention that This dealer gave extremely poor instructions on how to register for Lexusdrivers.com and for the Lexus Enform registration Steps. Not to mention that there are too many steps one must go through in order to obtain the apps and registration process which involves at least three different registration websites an or apps. This makes the entire process confusing and frustrating. This should be done by the dealer for the customer!! I have spent a total of 4 hours with this process and still have not been able to download the app for the cell phone!!!!! The sales person did not explain the process completely and he should have done this for us! More
