This year we decided to trade in our vehicle and purchase a Lexus certified pre-owned SUV. We contacted Steve Heiniger through the internet and found him to be extremely conscientious. When we arrived in Florida this year we met with him and let him know what we wanted in a car. As soon as something came in that met our needs he let us know. We bought a car from him within 3 weeks after our arrival. He made the process go so smoothly that we then decided to get a second vehicle. He was thorough, knowledgeable friendly , professional, and never forgot anything. He was on top of things at all times. He did everything he could do to make this process go smoothly and without the usual salesman approach. We did buy our second car from him. We would recommend him to anyone and give him 5 stars...he earned it!!! Really he should be getting two 5 star ratings because we each bought a car and each had a superior experience. We wanted to surprise her so we bought her and her friend a one way ticket and asked her to fly to Florida to spend a few days on the golf and then drive a 2013 Lexus IS 250 Convertible back for her mother all in one day notification. Little did she know that the car was actually for her when she returned home with it. I cannot say enough how Steve made all this so seamless by making Alex's experience so enjoyable. From tracking her flight and delivering a car to her at the Tampa airport, to suggesting places for her to stay on the Gulf.
