Love, Love, Love this car We just purchased the Lexus ES350 on Monday. Our salesman, Greg Dowdy has really been fantastic in both explaining all about the car but also answered all our questions. We've called him twice already and both times he answered the phone and handled our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He really understands the car and is so good explaining all the upgrades some of which we never had before. We've already recommended my cousin to Greg and my cousin bought an RX350 from him. The financial manager, Frank Justin was extremely knowledgeable and personable who knew his job inside and out. He explained the different additional vehicle warranties and what was covered in each. We have never take the extras before, but after Frank explained the benefits, we decided this was a good idea, given all the complexities of all the electronics. He is very genuine. The Delivery Specialist, Daryl Williams, was also very informative and personable. We are pretty novice to some of these upgrades and asked a million questions.all of which he answered patiently. I am sure he hasn't heard the last from us. More

Best buying experience Let's face it, almost everybody hates the car buying process. Not only is the negotiation process a pain but it seems to drag on and on forever even Let's face it, almost everybody hates the car buying process. Not only is the negotiation process a pain but it seems to drag on and on forever even after you settle on a price. Not at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota! Jim Lally was my salesman and Frank Justin finished all of the paperwork. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork but it's all done for you with no intimidation or stress. I just purchased my 6th Lexus. Not because Lexus is such a great car but the service while buying and repairing has always been exceptional. Therefore, I see this as not buying a car but more so developing a great relationship. One more thing...I'm a pretty techy guy but these new cars have so many features, I really appreciate Bill Longo taking the time to not only show me how it all works but even helped getting things personalized so I didn't have to struggle through it on my own.
