After repair costs got beyond the value of the car she suggested I might want to trade it in for a new car. So she referred me to Grant Gaugler in sales. Now Grant, knowing a 90 year old buying a new car was something special, he directed me to concentrate on a car that would have all the necessary safety features as well as cost. Phenomenal Car buying experience I had a phenomenal car buying experience. I have always driven trucks and SUVs (i grew up on a farm and had boys). My youngest son left for college and I decided it was time to get ME a car. Upon arrival my husband and I met Patrick. Patrick was awesome. I went online to look at a convertible that I saw on their website but given the nature of my work decided that may not be the most practical. I then drove a sporty IS and at the request of my mother (who by the way invited herself to go) I drove an SUV. Patrick was VERY patient and kept bringing me keys to drive the vehicles. I finally decided on the IS. There really wasn't a lot of price negotiation and the paperwork process was very seamless. This was a first class car buying experience and the people at Lexus were wonderful. They really create loyalty with their buyers by having you bring back your car for things that are included like car washes and oil changes. Thanks so much and I look forward to seeing you soon.
