I live out of state, and they very easily could've just blown me off (an experience I had with local dealers), but they didn't. Steve, one of their internet managers, was very helpful and accommodating through the entire purchase process. I made travel arrangements, and they even had someone come pick me up at the airport (about an hour away). They didn't pull any tricks, Steve stuck with the price that we agreed on, the car was exactly as described, and they made sure I had everything I need and was comfortable while we took care of the required paperwork. It was probably the most painless, most satisfying car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks for the help guys! More

Wilde by far leads the industry with customer care with hands on professionals that are knowledgeable that truly care. I purchase a new Toyota 8 days before and realized I made a poor decision. First off I didn't have my wife with me, she would of insisted to go to Wilde first. On the 9th day my wife and arrived at Wilde, sat down David Keyso our salesman. David immediately assessed our dilemma and assured us much better outcome. He when to work and delivered a great deal. David then introduced us to Dean Brown that handled the finance paperwork with much ease and proficiency, unlike my experience 9 days earlier. David then orchestrated the transfer of goods and roof rack system from our 9 day old car to our new RX350 and introduced us to Bill Longo. Bill is extremely informative with the advanced electronics, phone/text interface and navigation systems. Bill also avail himself to come to our home if a problem prevailed activating our garage door opener. Just another example how important customer care and commitment of going the extra step to assure customer satisfaction. Two new cars purchased over the last 9 days and a world of differance between the two dealerships. Lesson learned, alway take your wife on a major purchases and rely on Wilde where we purchased my wife's new Lexus two years earlier. Thanks guys for your understanding and help. I found the right car, worked with Jim Lally and we came to a mutually beneficial sale.
