I have been looking on the internet for a 2013 used Cadillac Escalade Premium for the past several months, and so I had a good handle of what the going price was for the car we were looking for. Two weeks ago I knew it was time to do a deal and when I came across Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and saw the 2013 Cadillac Escalade Premium they had listed, it was "HANDS DOWN" the best price of all internet listings. I called and spoke with the Internet Sales Manager, Mr. Patrick Chartrand, and within 20 minutes of expressing my interest in his car and my desire to trade in ours, we had negotiated a final firm price! (That is amazing in its own right! No price haggling!!!) To top that off, my wife and I drove down this morning, leaving Macon, Georgia at 8:00AM, arrived to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota at 2:30 PM, met Internet Sales Manager, Mr. Patrick Chartrand and the Finance Manager, Mr. Robert Miller, and signed all the papers and closed the deal within 45 minutes. We were on our way back to Macon, Georgia at 3:30 PM and arrived back at home at 10:30 this evening! Patrick had everything ready to go before we arrived and Robert Miller wasted no time having all of the papers ready for us to sign! We were prepared to spend the night in Sarasota but because of how quick this transaction was completed, we were able to make the 500 mile trip back the same day and saved several hundreds of dollars of lodging expense! We have never experienced such a friendly, courteous, respectful team of professionals as we did today at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota!!!
