I happened to hear buzz that Wilde Lexus of Sarasota was a phenomenal dealership to work with so we looked online & boom, they had exactly what we wanted! Steve Heiniger followed up quickly to my inquiry via email. He answered all of our questions, confidently addressed any concerns & offered us exceptional value in a purchase with them. On top of everything they did for us, Steve even offered to have the RX delivered to my door if I didn't want to make the trip from Orlando with my wife and baby. I took the offer & impressively, the vehicle was better than I expected. I'm thankful for the hard work from Steve and his team at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota for literally delivering an awesome buying experience for my family. More

The minute I walked in I felt no pressure and everyone was kind, professional and courteous in every department I dealt with. Kenny Clark gave me the best customer service possible and I was actually shocked at how easy he made the entire process. Once he knew specifically want I wanted, I had the keys to my new car in an hour. He took it upon himself to get the required information from me and had everything ready and completed for me the following day. Upon pick up, he walked me through the workings of the car, and has been available by phone any time I've had a question. Highly recommend Wilde Lexus and their awesome staff and I love my ES 350!!! The car dealership, Wilde Lexus (Sarasota, Florida) is a place where business is personal--where friends, neighbors, and customers alike are treated w The car dealership, Wilde Lexus (Sarasota, Florida) is a place where business is personal--where friends, neighbors, and customers alike are treated with a warm smile, friendly manners, and a real desire to make your experience at Wilde Lexus a memorable one. Here's what I mean. I bought my Cadillac CTS coupe a week ago, from on-line inventory advertised on Car Gurus. I called Wilde Lexis and spoke with Patrick (Internet Sales), who confirmed the car was there, and invited me in for a test drive. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by sales people on the floor, who then summoned Patrick to the show room. Patrick had the car parked in front of the showroom, waiting for my arrival. I took a test drive, with Patrick, and he immediately connected with me, talking about everything other than "selling the car." For example, we talked about where I was from (Sacramento, California), what brought me to Sarasota, and what I did for a living. He also shared with me a little about himself (including his military background), his family, and his tenure at Wilde Lexus. I told Patrick that I was on my way to see another Cadillac CTS coupe, at a different dealership. Still, before I left, Patrick ran a Carfax and gave it to me, and more importantly, provided me the price for the car "OTD." Not two hours later, I telephoned Patrick to ask what time he arrived the following morning. I was there promptly, and again, the car was parked in front of the showroom waiting for me. I told Patrick I wanted the car. We set a time for me to pick it up the following morning, at 11 o'clock. When I arrived the following day, the car was immaculate in every respect. That is, though my car is a 2012, with little mileage, the car looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. I paid cash for my car. Still, while I was there to pick up my car, the finance manager, Frank, also introduced himself to me. Frank was equally enjoyable as Patrick was, sharing with me photos of his young daughter, his newly born son, and those of his beautiful fiance. Before I left his office, he gave me two Lexus hot n' cold drinking cups, and a bucket full of cleaning material for my car, including special cloths and wax for the car. When it was time to leave, Patrick walked me to my new car. He opened the door, and I sat in the driver's seat. While seated, and before driving off, Patrick not only gave me a quick rundown on operating the vehicle, but also made it clear that if I have any questions or concerns whatsoever in the future concerning my car to feel free and don't hesitate in the least to call or simply "stop by" the dealership. Patrick told me there will always be someone there to help me with anything with which I may need help. Lastly, this review would be incomplete, unless I mentioned that the variety of sodas, the bottled water, the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, and the lox and bagels kept me full the entire time I was there. We looked at other dealerships but once we met Darryl Williams at Wilde Lexus he made us fell very comfortable. Car salesmen can sometimes be very pushy but Darryl was extremely patient with us and answered every question we had with honesty and professionalism. I have purchased many different cars over the years from many different dealers but this was by far the easiest. Thanks to Darryl I know longer need to look around when shopping for a new car or SUV.
