I went to Wildelexus for the 5k checkup on my new RX 350. Mrs Dee Logan is my service contact and I made the appointment, However over the next few months I had to cancel several times due to illness. W 350. Jim gave us a warm greeting & immediately offered us a cool beverage as it was a warm Florida morning. Jim took us for a test drive in a certified Lexus LS460 and explained the many features included in the car. Upon our return to the dealership, Jim gave us a complete tour of the dealership & promptly provided us with a price and explained how the sales process worked. The sales process was smooth and each step was explained to our satisfaction and all our questions were answered. Before leaving the dealership we were provided with a complete hands-on demonstration of how to select & operate the many features included in our car as well as telling us how to schedule a service visit which includes a loaner car if needed. Before we left were given a gift bucket that included every cleaning & care product needed to keep our Lexus looking brand new. At no time was I pressured, either by Grant during the sales phase or by Robert during the payment processing phase. I have also never experienced the type of detailed explanation of literally every aspect of this vehicle (a 2014 Lexus ES300H) given by Peter. He spent well over half an hour with my wife and me, and would have spent longer if we had had more questions. Thank you, Grant, and thanks also to Wilde Lexus. Regarding Noah, specifically, I test drove a car in December 2013 - he followed up with me, asked if I had any questions and offered his assistance with any potential purchase. In February, I asked for him and he test drove the car I ultimately purchased. Upon picking it up a couple days later, Noah took the time to go over each feature of the car. I drove away with a very good understanding of how all of the special features work. About a week later, Noah followed up with me to see if everything was ok with the car and if I had any additional questions. We will be trading my wife's car in later this year. Not only will I be purchasing at Wilde, I will be working with Noah. He is low key, not pushing and very knowledgeable. More
