The most comfortable place to buy a car from. I recently went to Wilde Lexus browsing new cars. I was shocked at how relaxed the atmosphere was and how easy they made the buying experience. Excellent Sales Rep This is a review of the sale experience rather than the dealership. Went in looking for a specific car, color and year. Worked with Nick Pechilis wh This is a review of the sale experience rather than the dealership. Went in looking for a specific car, color and year. Worked with Nick Pechilis who did an excellent preliminary pitch. The pricing/trade was substantially higher than expected than other sources. But working with him through two phone calls and the closing visit he did an excellent job. I mentioned the pricing issue to him and he explained on my initial visit I'd asked for some "numbers." He was correct, it was a communication problem. He and the company worked with me on numbers. Ended up with a fair and competitive deal, well and professionally handled. It was a draw between a Cadillac SUV of similar age, mileage and condition. The deal decided was the Lexus reputation (owned two before) and its subdued design and styling - though many less "gadgets. Nick deserves credit for sticking with a persnickety client! Delivery procedure was also excellent but be prepared to be pitched multiple choices of added, optional service insurance options. Not saying they may be worth it, and Nick suggested their existence, but I, for one, would prefer to have all the specific details/costs to study PRIOR to the financial closing. Just a personal opinion. Nick's an excellent sales agent. More
