You know you are in good hands having a car serviced at Wilde Lexus on Clark. I'm on my fourth Lexus to be serviced here since the late 90's and I've never had a bad experience. I loved my service advisor Jay aka Larry Losey and it was bittersweet when he was promoted to Jaguar (happy for him but not me losing him) but he left me in excellent hands with Debbie Millis. Now I'm so happy Jay has returned to Lexus and is now the head of the Service Dept! Both Debbie and Jay make sure excellent care is given to my car and me. I'm always apprehensive when I have to bring my car in for other than oil changes but they always turn it into a pleasant experience. As long as I drive a Lexus, which I hope will be forever, I will bring my car to Wilde Lexus as long as there are people like Debbie and Jay working there. Also, need to do a shout out of thanks to Keith who runs the mobile service and has come to my house several times to change a tire, check a dead battery etc. He also points out other things that may need taken care of (bad mouldings where windshield meets car frame) and one thing he said always sticks with me. One time I had a dead battery in the key fob and he said even though you don't use both fobs its a good idea to change out the batteries at the same time and also to replace them each New Year. I don't know why but that stuck in my mind but I do remember that and I replace the batteries each year and then I never have to worry about it again. When my last car battery was dead Keith pointed out I still had some warranty left on it and the battery was replaced for free. I know this is long but I really do appreciate the service people at Wilde on Clark! More
I have been a customer at this dealership for 11 years and have found them to be consistently outstanding. When my 11 year old RX300 was on death's door, I asked for a salesperson to show me some late mo and have found them to be consistently outstanding. When my 11 year old RX300 was on death's door, I asked for a salesperson to show me some late model SUV's as the 2010 model was altered in a way that was impossible for me to purchase. I have been actively looking for a new car over the past two years knowing that mine was on the runway. I had all but eliminated a Lexus due to the changes in the model. I was very frustrated, because I like the dealership so much I really didn't want to go anywhere else. When Jim showed me several '08 AND '09 models, I found myself gravitating toward an RX400h, as in hybrid. We took it out, and the love affair began. The back=up camera was a huge help for this petite person, and the vehicle just seemed to have everything I wanted. When I heard the price for fixing my RX300, I said I think I'll take the "new" one. Jim let me take it home overnight so I could spend more time with it before making a final decision, but I was already sold. I returned the next day to complete the purchase. Jim was with a customer, but he kept checking in with me and the paperwork to make sure all was going smoothly. He even came to my home to set the garage door opener. His service has been outstanding. He even helped me with something today, and it's been almost 8 weeks since I purchased the vehicle. Now that's service! More

Jack is one of the most customer friendly sales associates I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. I had a simple problem--needed to replace a terminal on my battery. I spoke with Keith who told me to call him directly when I was out doing errands and he would take care of it quickly while I waited. W my battery. When I arrived, he was there and had me pay the bill while he fixed it. The bill was $25. This all took about 10 minutes. He then offered me a free wash while I enjoyed a complimentary Coke. Now how do you improve on that?? Do it all with a smile and a laugh which he did! Great guy, great place, great car. More

We continue to be extremely pleased with our auto(s) as well as the friendships acquired through the sales/office staff (Lexus) to come from Wilde. We continue to be extremely pleased with our auto(s) as well as the friendships acquired through the sales/office staff of the dealership. All three of the gentlemen we worked with in the process of completing our purchase were extremely knowledgeable of each vehicle we looked at, answered all our questions with obvious integrity, were never pushy in their attitude or eagerness to "make a sale" and were very accommodating in making us feel comfortable. We also appreciate the outstanding association with Debbie Millis, the service writer we deal with each time we visit Wilde. The mechanics, detailers, secretaries and everyone we've encountered have been the absolute tops! What a terrific fleet of personnel! On the 28th of August I arrived to talk to Noah Hochberg about an Rx 350 he had indicaded we might have interest in. We took the car on a road test and liked the the vehicle. Noah spent a considerable amount of time with us on working out the details of the purchase and trade. We had mentioned several things that we had some concerns about and he introduced us to Avi who assured us the issues would be taken care of immediately. Met with Dean in finance And he was very helpful in the process of the financing and warranty information. Needless to say we left the dealer with our newer vehicle. The next morning we were preparing to sit in the vehicle and learn all the nuances it had to offer and found it would not start. We called Hoah and he had Avi get back to us right away. They delivered a loaner for us and picked up our vehicle. All the problems were taken care of and we had our car back the next day. I think the dealship went well beyond just the immediate concerns to make sure we were satisfied and our concerns were allieviated. I would do business with them again and I will certainly take my vehicle to them for service. I had and existing RX that they serviced for four years. I would highly recommend them.
