This is the second car that we have gotten at Wilde and Grant has worked with us both times. He gives and goes out of his way to make certain that we are happy with our car and the service. I have dropped in on him unannounced because I can't figure out how to do something connected with the car. He is always willing to help me. He has set up my bluetooth with my phone on several occasions. This is so very much appreciated. Being an older person, I need a lot of help. He is most patient and kind. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and very competent with explaining. He even came to our home to insure that our garage door opener was operational with the car. This required getting on a ladder and my husband and I are too old to get on ladders. I could not be happier with the service that I have had from Grant and Wilde. Shopping for a new car has never been on my top 10 list of enjoyable experiences. Running the gamut of pushy salesmen, price haggling and dealing with finance managers always left me with an excruciating h of enjoyable experiences. Running the gamut of pushy salesmen, price haggling and dealing with finance managers always left me with an excruciating headache. This time around, I wanted to lease a new car. That just added to my "anxiety", especially after reading about the many pitfalls, hidden costs and fees that can accompany leasing. But to my pleasant surprise, my recent dealing with Wilde Lexus of Sarasota has changed all that for me. From the time that someone opened the door to the showroom for my wife and I, to our driving off with our new car, every person we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. Our salesman was Adrian Crista. He was great and "just what the doctor ordered" to calm my "anxieties". He had the right combination of being laid back, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient. At no time did I feel pushed or pressured. He had me test drive the ES350 and the IS250C and gave me all the financial information for purchase or lease for both cars. My wife and I returned in a few days with our final decision to lease the IS 250 C. We arrived at a final price without the common arcrimony, haggling and "the back and forth with the unseen person in the back room to ok the price" that I have experienced in the past. On the day that we picked up the car, we met Dean Brown, Finance Manager. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure or "arm twisting" to purchase additional services or warrantees. He explained each item and I purchased what I wanted. No Hard sell. I gave him a personal check for exactly the amount that I had agreed to with Alan (...no hidden costs ...no hidden fees) and we were off to pick up our car. Adrian was waiting for us with new plates, a full tank of gas and a spotless new IS 250 C. He took all the time necessary to explain and demonstrate all the "Bells and Whistles" and made sure that I understood the most important ones. Overall, I have had a very satisfactory experience delivered by true professionals at a one of a kind automobile dealership. I will highly recommend both Adrian and the Wilde Lexus organization to anyone who truly wants an exceptionally enjoyable car purchasing or car leasing experience. More

After arriving in Florida we spent some time looking for a older model sportscar for my husband. As we were driving down Clark Road in Sarasota, I suggested we stop at Wilde Lexus to check their inventory of 2012 RX models. Thanks to the salesman Peter Liakakos, we found a 2012 RX with low mileage and very close to our original list of wants. Peter took a lot of time with us to make sure everything was handled as easy as possible with our trade-in. Peter is knowledgeable about the product and is always happy to answer questions.
