I was bringing my 2007 RX400h in for a few very minor service issues since it was approaching the end of the extended warranty period that I purchased. Both Dee & Jason were most helpful with the service portion and their excellent customer service assured me that whenever it was time for a new vehicle, it would definitely be another Lexus. When I picked up my car from service, I began speaking with Patrick Chartrand about finding me a pre-owned CT200h. He was very helpful, but being a fairly new model, there were no cars fitting my criteria available at the time. A few weeks passed and Patrick kept in touch letting me know what was available. While we still couldn't find a pre-owned vehicle that fit what I was looking for, Patrick informed me of a good deal on one of the remaining 2012 CT new cars. I came in to see it and once again, Patrick was very helpful. He even made the time to meet with my wife on a separate visit to allow her to see the car. I then chose to move forward with the new vehicle. Finally, on my visit to take delivery of the car, I was given a very thorough introduction to all the features of the car by Peter Namerow. Peter was especially knowledgeable about the car as he owns the same model. From start to finish, everyone I encountered at Wilde Lexus was a pleasure to deal with. I have always dreaded buying a car, whether it was the haggling over price or the lack of knowledge on the part of the salesperson about his products. It was always an unpleasant experience. That all changed a few years ago when I bought my first Lexus via the internet from Jack Mumaw at Wilde Lexus in Sarasota, FL. I described the model and options I desired and asked Jack for his best price. Jack got back to me quickly with what proved to be the best price I could find, but importantly there was no haggling, no running back and forth to the sales manager for a "better offer", no "what's it gonna take for you to buy the car today", or "what do you want your monthly payments to be". It was simple and as Jack said at the time, "I've got one shot at getting you via the internet so I've got to give you my best offer because I won't get a second chance". I appreciated it then and I appreciated it now as I just bought another RX350 from Jack. Once again, I outlined the model and options and said I would be trading my old RX. Jack got back to me immediately (even commenting that he had sold me my previous one) gave me his best quote on the new vehicle (once again the best price I was quoted) and what I considered a very fair trade-in offer on my old RX (based upon Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds). Although he did not have my color on the lot, he checked his incoming iorders, found the exact car and we made arrangements for him to call me when the car arrived. The car arrived as promised and Jack had everything ready and waiting when I arrived to take delivery, even staying late so as to make it convenient for me. Once again there were no hassles or haggling, just a very satisfying purchase experience delivered by a true professional and really great guy. I had purchased a Lexus ES350 in Chicago a couple of years ago for our home there and the buying experience was nowhere near as pleasant so it was clear to me that it is not a "Lexus thing" as much as it is a "Jack Mumaw and Wilde Lexus thing". I will only make future Lexus purchases from Jack Mumaw at Wilde Lexus. More

Me and my wife were greeted by Parick at the door with warm welcome. His concern for our comfort was real since my wife was not feeling so good. The card we purchased was ready, nice and clean.
