We had a very pleasant buying experience at Wilde Lexus, especially with Mr. Charles Drolet, who certainly represented Wilde in the most professional and caring manner. He was very courteous and knowledgeable when explaining all of the features of the GX460, before, after and during our test drive. We ended up buying this vehicle as opposed to Mr. Drolet selling or directing us to a vehicle, which was refreshing. The dealership was quite impressive and all of the staff whom we were in contact with were also very helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend the Wilde dealership and specifically, Charles Drolet, who was such a welcome breath of 'fresh' air. We enjoy our GX460 and our experience with this dealership and staff.
