Jack listened to our questions and specific needs and followed up very efficiently and professionally with his product knowledge and concern for a tight time line that we had given him. In all categories, Jack "under promised and over delivered" which ultimately turned into a quick and easy deal.... It turns out we have similar interests and I appreciated his sense of humor and friendly, honest approach to what sometimes can be just the opposite in the business of buying a vehicle. I have bought and sold about 40 vehicles over the past 50 years (two in less than a year @ Wilde Lexus) and I rank my experience with Jack and his Finance Manager, Dean Brown at Wilde Lexus, at or near the top of list..... I will happily recommend Wilde Lexus , Jack Mumaw and Dean Brown to my frineds and associates in need of a quality automobile shopping and sales experience. More
At 67 years of age, I have bought many cars over the years. My experience at Wilde Lexus was by far the most pleasant -- most enjoyable. Jim lally was our salesman. he was very patient as we test years. My experience at Wilde Lexus was by far the most pleasant -- most enjoyable. Jim lally was our salesman. he was very patient as we test-drove a number of vehicles. He was never pushy -- he let the cars sell themselves and let us "evolve" in terms of what we eventually bought -- a certified 2010 ES 350. Noah Hochberg handled the delivery of our car and was, like Jim Lally, thorough, patient and pleasant. And finally, Dean Brown took care of the financial end. We were paying cash so there was no need to arrange for financing but he explained the various warranty options -- and again was never pushy about trying to get us to buy anything (we did decide to buy the extended warranty but that was because we intend to keep this car for some time!). We were very pleased and would certainly recommend Wilde Lexus to our friends. More

They even clean the car and fill up the gas tank for free. Dealership experience is very nice and friendly. Good waiting area with nicely stocked snacks, coffee and soft drinks. At the end, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I can not wait to purchase another car from them. More

I stopped at the dealership not expecting to find what I was looking for in a car. I just wanted to see what so out used cars they kept on the lot. Jim Lally appeared and immediately he made us feel very co was looking for in a car. I just wanted to see what so out used cars they kept on the lot. Jim Lally appeared and immediately he made us feel very comfortable and showed us around, professionally explaining each vehicle he showed to us. And almost every vehicle on the lot looked in pristine condition. He did everything he could to make the car I chose work fir the deal we were looking for. I eventually explained that I had a better deal at another location. But when it got down to closing the deal, I noticed some inconsistencies and errors in what was represented. I called Jim and said I would be back to test drive the car and he had it there waiting for me when arrived. Although the car was not a Lexus, he was very versed in how everything worked in the car and very patient in showing explaining how all the accessories work. There is no doubt that I will contact Jim the next time we are looking for a car. More

I arrived at the dealership late Friday afternoon looking to trade in my old lexus for an upgraded model and was pleasently greeted by Brian Tredder. He had asked what type of car I was interested in and the price range that I was looking for and proceeded to show me a large selection of cars. After finding one within a short period of time we took it for a test drive and I told him "this is the one for me." I have to give Brian T. and Frank the sales manager much apprectiation for working so hard for me to ensure that I was able to drive the car of my choice off the lot that following day....it was truly outstanding!
