We spent hours driving 11 different cars from different dealers in order to find the best fit for our needs. Having spent over 50 years in sales our experinece with Wilde, Noah Hochberg and Boris Korolik w dealers in order to find the best fit for our needs. Having spent over 50 years in sales our experinece with Wilde, Noah Hochberg and Boris Korolik was to me a mind blowing experinece. I am hard pressed to write down a single thing that could have been done better than it was. We closed on the deal and the after service began. Never have I had a sales guy sit with me to explain the vehicle. Noah took as much time as we needed and never excused himself to see another customer. I had heard good things about Wilde and I have now personally experienced them. Would I tell my friend to go see Noah and Wilde? Absolutely. Can not personally believe the first rate treatment and the warm fuzzy feeling we received. Many many thanks We will be back More

Boris put me right at ease and made sure I was informed but not pressured, and he also "went to bat" for me in the negotiations. He made sure that buying a car from them was the most positive and enjoyable car buying experience possible!!! I will always send my friends and family to "Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota" for ALL their auto needs...In the future I will start there first in my next car search... many years from now... Oh, one more thing I want to menton...I wasn't shopping for a Lexus or a Jaguar... I had no idea they had other Makes and models of cars available in their pre-owned selection! I was SO IMPRESSED with the high quality and immaculate condition of their pre-owned cars...I was searching for a Toyota Avalon and I found the best one at "Wilde" of all the dealers in the entire Sarasota/Manatee area,(and I went to ALL of them)! Being a single, African-American female and having less than perfect credit, I didn't know how I'd be received prior to my initial visit to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. However, my trepidation proved to be un than perfect credit, I didn't know how I'd be received prior to my initial visit to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. However, my trepidation proved to be unfounded because I was treated with dignity and professionalism by everyone whom I encountered. As an example, Gary O'Callaghan (Finance Manager) did everything within his purview to secure for me the best loan possible to purchase my 2009, Certified, Pre-Owned RX 350. Additionally, working in tandem, Boris Korolik (Sales and Leasing) could not have been more accommodating and attentive than he was, ensuring that any and all questions posed were answered with patience, thoroughness and humor. Moreover, needing to stop by the Service Department because of a minor concern, I sought the expertise of Liz Mussmon (Service Consultant) who resolved my concern personally and meticulously, while doing so with dispatch and treating me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Finally, being a neophyte Lexus owner, I now understand what is meant by those who say, "You come for the sale but you stay for the service." My overall buying experience at Wilde Lexus was not only painless, it was comforting. This is because throughout every step, I was made to feel important, special, and valued. Plus the service I've received subsequent to my purchase has been and will (I feel certain) continue to be exemplary. I look forward to being a Wilde Lexus "family" member in perpetuity. More
I had an EXCELLENT experience at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota which was made possible by Grant Gaugler. I had experienced horrible customer service at Lexus of Clearwater during a routine maintenance check on m which was made possible by Grant Gaugler. I had experienced horrible customer service at Lexus of Clearwater during a routine maintenance check on my car a few months back. I decided despite the fact they are closer to where I live, I would NEVER go back to them. My lease was set to expire this month so I went to Wilde looking at the option of either a lease buyout of my current car or leasing a new one. Grant thoroughly discussed and showed me on paper both options, so I could make best informed and educated decision. I liked working with Grant because he wasn't "hard closer" he left the numbers speak for themselves. I decided on leasing a new IS. Grant went above and beyond searching for the color and features I wanted. I think he had to go far. As many cars I've leased I've never had someone say to me whatever the color and feature you want I will do the best to get it for you! And that he did! He was able to deliver the car to me almost week earlier than anticipated. That was a bonus. On the day I picked my car up he had everything prepared for me so did Frank Justin the Finance Manager. I just had to go in and sign a few papers and I was done! Grant also took the time to program my garage door opener, and made sure my phone was synced to my bluetooth. He also took the time to go over all the features in the car and made sure I understood them all and that I was comfortable. But most importantly, when all was said and done Grant wanted to make sure that my experience with him, Frank and the dealership was nothing less than the best. It was! I walked away feeling VALUED! I love my car and I loved my experience at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. It's well worth the drive Tampa Bay! More
Great experience. Jim was extremely helpful and friendly and no pressure was applied to purchase the car. Once we came to agreement on price, Jim was even more helpful in explaining all features of the vehi and no pressure was applied to purchase the car.
