There is a reason that I have taken delivery of 3 Lexuses in a row from Wilde Lexus - and that reason is a dedication to owner satisfaction. I see this dedication throughout my Wilde experience including Sales, Finance and Service. Grant Gaugler has been exemplary in anticipating my needs even before I recognized them. When I took delivery of my previous ES350 in 2009, I asked Grant when this model would be getting a Rear Cross Traffic Alert System which I felt a need for. Grant checked up the line and there was no information about such a system becoming available. When the 2013 ES350 was announced, Grant saw the system was now available. He remembered my question, which was just an off-the-cuff remark, and he called me immediatly. That's what I call sales dedication. He invited me to the Wilde dealership and we tested the performance characteristics of the Cross Traffic Alert System together. A few days later and I was in my new 2013 ES350 with the new system watching my back when reversing out of parking spaces with renewed confidence. Way to go - Grant, Wilde and Lexus. More

He had all the information we had requested. It was out of my price range. He came up with a solution and a beautiful car that I could afford. We went down to see the car, fell in love with it and it is now in my garage. When I did the paperwork, it was painless,smooth and efficient. Frank in finance was supurb. I can pretty well say this will not be my last lexus. I love it!!!! More

Jim has a very nice personality and knows his cars. We knew nothing about Lexus with all the bells and whistles . He walked us through everything and felt confident the red Lexus was the car for us. There were a few "love bug" stains on the hood and he arranged to have it painted. Paint matched exactly and you would never know it had been done or was a 2010 model. It looks brand new at a 2010 price. Wilde Lexus of Sarasota has a beautiful show room, lots of cars and friendly people. When we picked up our beautiful car the next day, Jim installed the three month complmentary Satellite radio and made some more personal adjustments with us and the car. Be sure and ask for Jim Lally if you ever go to Lexus. If we ever need another car, we certainly would want to work with Jim. More
