I have been to other lexus dealers and the entire staff of people which includes ken and harry in sales; dean brown in business office; and Dee in service have been the best of any car dealer i have had ex of people which includes ken and harry in sales; dean brown in business office; and Dee in service have been the best of any car dealer i have had experience with. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every item they mentioned or I requested was included in my suv. The car was delivered very clean and runs great. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome. Our salesperson, Harry Fendt was knowledgable, friendly and took things are our pace. He gave us 100% of his attention. Ultimately we decided to purchase not only an IS-350C but an RX350 as well. The purchase process was streamlined and easy.
