I had been looking a long time for a car for my wife (she says she has neither the time or desire to do so). Thus she wanted a hatchback, wanted to be able to see out the back when she was backing up, had to says she has neither the time or desire to do so). Thus she wanted a hatchback, wanted to be able to see out the back when she was backing up, had to get great gas mileage and wanted a dealer that provided excellent service. This was no short order to say the least. We had been to several dealerships, looked at lots of makes and models. For some reason, my wife just couldn't find a car she liked or the dealership was just rated poorly. She had all but given up. I hadn't! So I made an appointment for her to test drive a Lexus on a particular weekend. I told the salesman (Don Arby) what my wife wanted in a car. He went and got a CT200H. Well this one had a back-up camera and after sitting in it for 20 minutes with Don very patiently explaining all the features of the car, she took it for a test drive. She fell in love with the car and particularly loved the back-up camera. She said this car had everything she wanted and then some. Don Arby was very professional. We had to order the color she wanted and waited 2 weeks to get it. That was not a problem for us. When the car finally arrived. Don was again very patiently and professionally explained everything about the car again to both of us. My wife couldn't be happier about buying from Wilde and having Don Arby as her salesman. She said she will have to drive a little distance to get service (Sun City Center to Sarasota) but she feels it is worth it. Like they say, "Happy wife, happy husband". More

My husband and I were in the market for a used Lexus CT200h. We wanted used so that we didn't take a huge hit in the value once we drove it off the lot. Jim was wonderful. We actually left the dealership unsure if we wanted the used CT he had. He followed up and respected our space while we crunched the numbers. I called and told him we were driving from Orlando (where we live) to trade in my car and make a deal. Come to find out the Used CT we wanted had been sold but he informed us that we might be able to get a new one for close to our price range due to some dealer incentives. He was right! I was so thrilled to work with Jim on this new car!!! He was so patient with us as we ran more numbers. We figured out what we were comforatable with and to our shock he got management to make the deal happen! It took us all day to make up our minds and drive away in our shinny new red Lexus but Jim stuck with us and felt like a support system instead of a saleman. I am very picky about sales people because I used to be one. I feel sales should be more about service and listening to the customer... Jim did exactley that! In the end we got a 2012 with the same options brand new for the same price a used one from carmax would have cost us! More
