When looking for a car this spring I visited many different dealerships and test drove many different cars. The first dealership I went to was Wilde Lexus, I I had the pleasure of meeting Chez Gebha different dealerships and test drove many different cars. The first dealership I went to was Wilde Lexus, I I had the pleasure of meeting Chez Gebhart. Subsequently, I went to a Toyota , Ford, Kia, Mazda, Cadillac, and Audi dealerships. After each, I ruled them out, preferring not only my original look at the CT 200, but in terms of service and atmosphere decided that Wilde Lexus was where I wanted to purchase my new car. When I returned to Wilde Lexus I was guided every step of the way toward purchase, finance and service pleasantly and painlessly. Chez was immensly polite and helpful in each step. He came to my house to program my garage door opener, spent a lot of time with me going over the navigation system and car operations. Dean in finance was extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. Jason in service took good care of me when I returned a week later to have my car treated with Auto Armor. (I highly recommend this product by the way--the love bugs just wipe off with a wet paper towel) All in all my experience has been extremely pleasant and I love my car! I really appreciate the wonderful customer service at this dealership. They make sure all my concerns are dealt with. If I cant wait for my car they always provide me with a loaner. I was also impressed when a member of the sales team Harry spent a very long time answering questions on my GPS. He didn't pass me off by saying come back and take the class, instead he sat with me in my car and answered my questions and gave me a number of cues on how to better use my GPS. I didn't buy my current Lexus at the dealership because I moved from another state. I do know I would return to this dealership to buy when I am ready. I would highly recommend this dealership for service and sales!! More

Lexus is one of the biggest sponsors for the film festival, so I preferred to give them my business. When I came to the showroom to pick up my car, Chez had it immaculate, and kept the paperwork to a minimum, and gave me a lesson in operating it. He later came to my house to program the automatic garage door opener, and my phone for bluetooth, as well as explaining other aspects of the car. He offered to return any time for more instruction.
