I have owned a Lexus since 2005 and have been working with Charles for all the service over the years. He has always been a pleasure to work with, before my Lexus I owned other makes of cars and the ser with Charles for all the service over the years. He has always been a pleasure to work with, before my Lexus I owned other makes of cars and the service was always "painfull". Aside from the car hardly ever needing anything more than an oil change, they always had a loner car or a ride to work if I needed. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly, from the guys out front, to the drivers to the cashiers.The Dealership Building is perfect, I had to spend an hour or two one day and they have a business room where you can use computers to do work or check emails. I put a lot of miles on my car(187,000), and at this service a lot was starting to need repair. Charles suggested another lower milage car, at first I was against this, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it was the right thing to do. Charles introduced me to Harry, Harry was so nice he gave me his cell number in case I had questions and was wonderful to work with. On to the finance department, Dean Brown was so helpful, he got me a rate of 3.9% and said my credit was outstanding..it has been a long time since someone has said my credit was outstanding!! Again a very painless process. All 3 men are OUTSTANDING employees..Thank you all!! More
