,,,,,My wife and I went to the Lexus Store as well as other car stores to explore the purchase of a car.I had previously visited the Lexus Store and had been shown new and used vehicles by Noah Hochberg other car stores to explore the purchase of a car.I had previously visited the Lexus Store and had been shown new and used vehicles by Noah Hochberg who had identified cars in which we might be interested. I asked for Mr. Hochberg and was informed that he was busy with a customer. We looked at the cars I had previously seen and were not interested in purchasing any. We walked back to the building with the intention of leaving when Mr. Rob Stevens approached and asked if he could be of help. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a car in the Show Room that met our specifications. We went for a test drive during which he articulated the many attributes of the vehicle in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner. We had not planned to purchase a car that day but did so. Thanks to Rob Stevens ,it was the third Lexus of which my wife was a proud owner and for me it was a real pleasure to become an owner of a Lexus!! More

We responded to internet solicitation for service and was assigned a time and a service advisor (Lisa). Upon arrival advisor was not ready and were seen by Liz. She took the order and we waited over an hour assigned a time and a service advisor (Lisa). Upon arrival advisor was not ready and were seen by Liz. She took the order and we waited over an hour or two until Charlie de Martini, our usual advisor came to see us and went over our order and what the car needed. We obliged, and the car was ready in less than hour. De Martini was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us good advise concerning the service of the car. Lisa was a disappointment. More

Wilde Lexus is by far the best most professional auto dealership I have ever purchased a car from. This was my second Lexus from Wilde, it will not be my last. The car was for my wife, he treated her so politely, always showing respect and happily answering all her questions and concerns.
