My husband and I were in the market for a used Lexus CT200h. We wanted used so that we didn't take a huge hit in the value once we drove it off the lot. Jim was wonderful. We actually left the dealership unsure if we wanted the used CT he had. He followed up and respected our space while we crunched the numbers. I called and told him we were driving from Orlando (where we live) to trade in my car and make a deal. Come to find out the Used CT we wanted had been sold but he informed us that we might be able to get a new one for close to our price range due to some dealer incentives. He was right! I was so thrilled to work with Jim on this new car!!! He was so patient with us as we ran more numbers. We figured out what we were comforatable with and to our shock he got management to make the deal happen! It took us all day to make up our minds and drive away in our shinny new red Lexus but Jim stuck with us and felt like a support system instead of a saleman. I am very picky about sales people because I used to be one. I feel sales should be more about service and listening to the customer... Jim did exactley that! In the end we got a 2012 with the same options brand new for the same price a used one from carmax would have cost us! More

I own two Lexus cars. One is a 1998 SC400 and the second is a 2009 GS450H. Every time I bring in my cars for service, Charles takes care of me. He keeps me informed at every step in the process and delive is a 2009 GS450H. Every time I bring in my cars for service, Charles takes care of me. He keeps me informed at every step in the process and delivers everything he promises. Several times he has gone out of his way to make sure that everything is working as designed. Today, I picked up my GS that had a problem with the wheels and a difficult noise to detect. Jay spend many hours and took a personal interest in making sure the repair was done correctly. It was certainly a challange and was not a "run of the mill" repair. Once again, I am thrilled with your service team. In fact, one of the factors influencing my decision to purchase my second Lexus was due to Charles and my confidence in him and the Lexus product. I assure you that my next car will be another Lexus. (The Lincoln dealership started right off bashing Lexus, which drove me away). Everything that Rafael told me could be backed up by fact. The finance officer (Gary), was very kind and worked hard to get me a great deal on my trade-in as well as an excellent price on the car. My name is Mary Bertera and I recently purchased a used Lexus ES330 from Jeff Madden at your Sarasota Florida location. I had been searching for a car for quite some time and the only reason that I ended Lexus ES330 from Jeff Madden at your Sarasota Florida location. I had been searching for a car for quite some time and the only reason that I ended up at Wilde was due to Mr. Madden's contact with me. He was kind enough to contact me every couple of weeks and when I finally saw a car online that I was interested I went in to meet with him. My car was delivered to my home on Tuesday, March 20th. I was due to go to Wilde to get the car but was not feeling well and Jeff was so kind to bring it to me with the necessary paperwork. I would certainly recommend Mr. Madden to my friends and family who are in search of a vehicle. My one complaint was that the car did not have floor mats and I had to order them online from Lexus for $104. Please have Mr. Wilde forward a check to my home.
