I was in an emergency situation, my car battery was shot and AAA had just jumped my battery and I could not stop the car. I called the service department and Dee (lucky for me) answered the line and sai and AAA had just jumped my battery and I could not stop the car. The minute I drove into the service department I was greeted promptly and was told Dee would call me, please wait in the waiting area. Very shortly, Dee had me in her office, had the car worked on and I was literally out within approximately 1 hour. This is my 3rd Lexus from Wilde and I love this company.
