I purchased my fourth Lexus this week at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. My original salesman who just retired recommended I work with Chez Gephart. The experience was excellent. Mr. Gephart was very knowledgable about the model line, and quickly found the exact color and option package that I wanted that was available immediately. He worked to get me the best value on my trade and the best price for the new car. I purchased the car right then within an hour of arriving at the dealership. Mr. Gephart spent about two hours with me to demonstrate all the features and teach me to operate all the technology. He walked me thru all the custom settings, helped me load my CD's and paired all my iphone connections. He even drove with me to my house to pair my garaage door openers. I have purchased about 40 cars in my life to date and I have never experienced such a level of service as I did with Chez. He was the best I had ever worked with and look forward to working with him again in 2 years when I trade in for my next Lexus. More
