I have owned a Lexus since 2005 and have been working with Charles for all the service over the years. He has always been a pleasure to work with, before my Lexus I owned other makes of cars and the ser with Charles for all the service over the years. Aside from the car hardly ever needing anything more than an oil change, they always had a loner car or a ride to work if I needed. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly, from the guys out front, to the drivers to the cashiers.The Dealership Building is perfect, I had to spend an hour or two one day and they have a business room where you can use computers to do work or check emails. I put a lot of miles on my car(187,000), and at this service a lot was starting to need repair. Charles suggested another lower milage car, at first I was against this, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it was the right thing to do. Charles introduced me to Harry, Harry was so nice he gave me his cell number in case I had questions and was wonderful to work with. On to the finance department, Dean Brown was so helpful, he got me a rate of 3.9% and said my credit was outstanding..it has been a long time since someone has said my credit was outstanding!! Again a very painless process. All 3 men are OUTSTANDING employees..Thank you all!! More
