This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Sales associate, Harry Fendt met with us initially and provided the best service possible as he answered our questions and located a vehicle, ensuring a perfect transaction that genuinely exceeded our expectation. During our visit in the showroom, Charles DeMartini learned we were in the building and made an extra effort to meet with us, as we have a long standing history of fabulous service and customer satisfaction with him. He spoke directly with Harry and let him know we were considered to be a valued customer. Before we knew it, we were meeting with Robert Miller in Finance to secure and process the deal. These team members made our purchase experience enjoyable. Ofcourse, we would recommend this dealership to others. The reason why we gave the rating above is because it's true and certainly deserving. The service has not ended as of the purchase date. Everyone involved has contacted us since delivery to verify our satisfaction and provide the offer of continued services. This is what a great dealship is all about! I brought my car in on Friday for an oil leak problem.Debbie Millis called and told me there were two other issues with the car. I don't believe that I gave permission to do any other services than what I intended to have repaired. I appreciate having a loaner car,as the repair was not finished in one day. When I went to pay the cashier I was suprised that my bill was appprox.3x what I expected. I understand that the other issues needed repair but I would have probably waited. Debbie Millis must have seen my concern of having a larger bill than expected and offered me a tank of gas. I like the customer service given and Debbie Millis is an excellant employee. I am just concerned for myself and other customers who may have a similar experience. I am able to pay the bill,but what if I was not able? I believe that before the verbal approval is given by the service writer that maybe to repeat what is being done and the estimated entire bill should be agreed on. I maybe would have taken the water pump issue and timing belt replacement to my own mechanic at my convience.
