Wilde Lexus and Dee Logan have gone beyond our expectations to satisfy us with a repair to our RX330 (2006). Our problem( noise) was worked on extensively and seemingly repaired. When it was evident that it was still there, they repaired it again. This time with success. We were supplied with a loaner each time so our lives and schedules were not affected. We were treated extremely fair and with respect. Dee has won our hearts with her customer relations skills. This was my fourth experience with Wilde Lexus. There is just know other dealership that compares to Wilde when it comes to customer sevice, and customer satisfaction. One in my wife's car and one on mine. The dealership immediatly contacted regional managemet in an effort to resolve the issues. Although unsuccesful, Don Awry and Chuck Johnson continued to make concessions that included a protection product for both the interior and exterior for my car.(A $725.00 value.) Something they just did not have to consider doing, but obvious to me that they felt we were valuable customers and that was exatly how they made us feel. It should be noted that the issue with my car was due to it being a custom order and the dealership had no control. My wife's car was that the luxury package did not include an item we thought would be standard in that package. Something I should have caught when reviewing the package during the decision making process. Once again, not in the control of the dealership. I'm sure now that both the dealership and I know what to look for on our next transaction. These issues would not be repeated. Their product is the top of the line but their staff from the management Chuck Johnson (This guy really knows how to manage and treat his staff. I have watched him in action and saw the respect the staff gives him in return for his management style.)to the reception area outside when I drop off my car for service outside and again at reception when I go inside. My salesman Don Awry always finds time to go out of his way to greet me. I have had the same service represenative for more then 8 years. (Debbie Millis) She has been on many occasions my advocate in dealing with the service dept. The quality of the product most certainly is important but the attention to customer service ranks higher for me. This was the MOST pleasant and easiest purchase of a car that I have ever had. We came in originally just to look but the experience led me to purchase an used Solara that I am just thrilled with. I recently relocated to FL and was in search of a convertible. My search for a pre-owned SC430 brought me to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. I was pleasantly greeted by reception and offered a beverage, w convertible. My search for a pre-owned SC430 brought me to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. I was pleasantly greeted by reception and offered a beverage, while they contacted a salesperson. It had been over 15 years since I bought my last Lexus, and I had all but forgotten how special the customer experience is at Lexus. The salesman, Jim Lally, was very polite and eager to learn of my buying criteria. He explained the many features of the SC and answered all of my questions fully. I found it even more valuable to learn of Jim's experience with this model, as he had previously owned one himself. Jim was extremely patient with me as we discussed this particular car, and other vehicle offerings on the lot. With his guidance, I was able to make the best coice for me. I was also very impressed to learn that the dealership performed an extensive check on the vehicle before presenting it for sale. They installed brand-new run flat tires, 4-wheel alignment, performed the 60K recommended service (even though the vehicle only had 51K miles on it), and more. I was confident this vehicle was checked thoroughly - and it was pristine inside and out. This vehicle was too old to qualify as a "certified" pre-owned, but age is the ONLY thing that prevented that! To go the extra step to ensure that the vehicle would be "perfect" for a prospective buyer, was enough to convince me that these guys are committed to excellence! I am very pleased with the vehicle, the staff, and the deal I got there. It's great to be a part of the Lexus family again - and I fully intend to service my "old" ES there as well. More
I purchased my first Lexus from Wilde Lexus this year. I had been looking for an RX330 for almost 2 years. Obviously, I was pretty selective about the condition, mileage and color of the vehicle. It also ha had been looking for an RX330 for almost 2 years. Obviously, I was pretty selective about the condition, mileage and color of the vehicle. It also had to accomodate my very important companion, Calbert, my portuguese water dog. I told the salesman, Harry Fendt, that I would not make a decision until the right one came along. He never gave up on me. He consistently showed me used RX330's that fit my list of qualifications, but it wasn't until the Silver 2004 RX330 showed up with only 37,000 miles that I knew it was the car for me. I viewed the car immediately after it had been traded in. The manager, Robert Miller, made it very easy for me to make my purchase quickly. In less than 1/2 hour all the paperwork was done and I was ready to call it mine. It was only slightly dirty in my opinion, but Harry insisted that I not take the car until the service department had an opportunity to take care of it. And that they did. It was meticulously cleaned inside and out. When Harry presented the final product to me it looked brand new. He took great care in showing me all of the unique functions of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable in my new car before allowing me to drive away with a great big smile on my face. Every day I jump into my drivers seat with pride and my buddy Cal does the same. There isn't a place we can't go now because I am confident that the Lexus RX330 will get us there safely and comfortably. I want to thank Harry Fendt for his patience and due diligence. He takes great pride in making sure his customers are not just satisfied, but THRILLED with their purchase. That just doesn't happen too often today. Thanks Lexus! Thanks Harry!
