This is my first Lexus (a 2011 ES350) after purchasing 13 new honda accords since 1993. In total I have now owned 49 autos since 1961. My salesman was Grant Gaugler who would not accept anything but pure customer satisfaction. He went over every detail, especially bluetooth and memory seats, until I was completely satisfied that I understood and could operate everything. I actually consider Grant a friend more than a salesman! Jason Peters as service manager and Avi Kaufman as sales manager also made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Once again,I am stating the satisfaction that I recently experienced in purchasing a 2nd vehicle from Todd Brown at Lexus. During a service visit on my vehicle, I was "windowshopping" in the showr experienced in purchasing a 2nd vehicle from Todd Brown at Lexus. During a service visit on my vehicle, I was "windowshopping" in the showroom..Todd set up a test drive in a car I showed interest in...when we returned, we both realized I was very interested in the car! Todd said," just trade your other car in" .(I had owned it for almost 1 yr.) He explained that buying a car & keeping it till it was pd off was not really a good investment plan. He was able to give me a high trade-in amount because my vehicle was in good condition & only 4 yrs old. So,I bought the newer one! My pmts stayed almost the same.
