We had barely started a road trip to Pennsylvania from Ft Myers, FL, when we realized we had a flat tire. Lexus Enform contacted roadside assistance from Wilde Lexus - they were prompt in contacting us, in coming out to put on the spare tire, and in guiding us back to the dealership so we could have a new tire installed. We were welcomed into the dealership (along with our dog, Riley) and waited for the repair to be completed in air-conditioned comfort (even had dog treats for the dog!). What could have been a very trying event was very tolerable and our trip to PA was delayed only briefly. We are grateful for the excellent service and the kindness shown to us and Riley! More

We purchased a used 2010 Lexus 350 from Jim while on vacation in Florida. Jim was a great salesman whom we feel went above the standard to help us put our deal together.
