I have always hated shopping for a new car. HATE IT! Hate every minute of it. I have dealt with so many sales guys who lie, cheat and steal their way through the sales, that I have now waited until my curren every minute of it. So when I stepped into the Lexus dealership, I was expecting only the worst. I was avoiding every sales person I could possibly avoid until I accidently, literally, ran into this man while coming around a corner. To make a long story short, Rafeal Torres walked me through all the vehicles and their features, never once making me feel like an idiot or that I was being taken advantage of. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and actually made this car shopping experience enjoyable. Although I did not purchase a car that day, I told him that I would be back in in December or after the holidays to purchase a new vehicle (year end, new year sales events.) I cannot wait to get my new car and work with Rafeal again! He has me forever! More
