Six years ago I purchased a certified used RX 300 Lexus from Wilde Lexus which has been serviced at the dealership since that time. When this vehicle went in for service this week because of a failed water from Wilde Lexus which has been serviced at the dealership since that time. When this vehicle went in for service this week because of a failed water pump, I decided to look at another low mileage certified used replacement vehicle. During this process, I was helped by Harry Fendt. It was a pleasure to work with Harry who made the experience very easy and painless. His professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of the cars and assistance in the sale process through the delivery of my new RX350 was greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience with Wilde has been very positive from the dealership facility to the greeters when you first arrive to the Service Manager, Jay Losey who was my first service advisor, to all the staff I have been come in contact with over the past six years. Without reservation, I would recommend Wilde to anyone who is looking for a good, positive experience. More
I visited Wilde Lexus of Sarasota for the first time six years ago when I bought an ES 350 sedan from them. I was very pleased with both the car and the service. I loved my service managers Jay Larry Losey and then Debbie Millis when he moved up in management. I particularly like being given a loaner car while my service is being done. I don't mind your delicious coffees, sodas and bagels either! It's the little things, as well as the big things that count. Yesterday I came home with my new 2012 350 RX that I purchased with the help of salesman Peter Namerow. He was a pleasure to work with. He is experienced, knowlegable and patiently walked me through all the wonderful features of my new vehicle. We started at the mercedes dealership across the street to lease a new 2012 car. They treated us very poorly, thats when we came over to lexus and found Kenny. He showed us the 2012 is 250. He asked us all the particulars about what kind of car we needed and where we needed to be price wise. He made it happen. There was no haggling over price. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was also real impressed with the quality of the cars lexus is selling. This car is very well built. He also came back up to the dealership after he was of for the day so my wife could test drive the car. Kenny has definitely made a great impression on us and we will be lexus customers from now on. The price was so good I decided to drive it back home myself after I came down for a family function. Avi found this car for me and he remembered from over a year ago just what I was looking for. A few years ago my father has bought a Lexus from Avi, a 2005 LS and sent another family member for another dream Lexus LS deal. I decided to go with a clear car bra and Jim set up a loaner for me while they work on it. Jim also spent a fair amount of time training me to use the navigation system and other screen based car controls. He spent time also explaining the other services that come with the car patiently answering all my questions...and I had a lot. No pressure sales, great price, concentration on quality and service. All in all a super experience in car shopping and service and I will consider coming down to Sarasota for my next car. More

When we called Wilde Lexus from our car in northern Florida as we were heading to Sarasota, Jeremy was the salesperson who responded to us. Thanks to Jeremy, we were able to buy the car before we even got to our home to unpack. It was such a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable and friendly representative. Jeremy was most professional and certainly served our needs in acquiring the "New to Us" car we had been looking for. An interesting footnote: A few days after we had settled in, Mark was in the post office and coincidently met the previous owner of the car. He assured us that there was nothing wrong with the car and the only reason he had to sell it was the fact that he needed more room in his garage for his drum set. He even sold mark a set of tires and rims. Talk about a small world! More
I bought a 2009 Lexus RX 350 from a group selling Rentals of all kinds of makes and models. After looking at all the cars they had to offer found a Lexus RX 350 that looked like a good deal. We had 3 men that were pressuring us to buy this car. I wanted to go home and think about it. I was pressured by them stating it was the only lexus RX 350 so make an offer to the bank. This was a price of $39,000. negotiated it to 34,000. Had a list of things that needed to be fixed and I was told they would take care of it. Had 2 long scratches and was told would buff out. I knew that one of those would not. I made a list of all the things wrong and was told they would take care of all of that. After we signed, I had the list but they would not sign off on it. I drove down to Wilde Lexus to have the RX checked out. Charles helped me see some things wrong with it costing more money. I decided to look at the 2009 Lexus at this dealership and Charles referred me to Todd Brown. I could not ask for two nicer men and they were very informative, did not pressure me. I ended up buying a 2010 RX 350 which was much more in luxury and was prequalified by Wilde Lexus Dealership. Frank Justin, was so helpful in financing and information. I lost some money on the first deal and gained a much nicer and dependable vehicle due to the help of these 3 men. They turned a bad and expensive deal into one in the long run will be safer and enjoyable. I can't say enough what a pleasure this has been because of them. More
