My husband and I have purchased many lexus' from Tom McOmber over the past 15 years. Tom has always gone out of his way to find us what we want and secure financing. Once we make that call to him he takes over everything and it seems all we do is show up to take the car. We have not lived in Sarasota for many years, but drive that 1,000 miles round trip be because Tom and Wilde Lexus are professionally and like family. Because we do not live in Sarasota we have dour cars serviced in other cities and not all Lexus dealerships treat us the way Tom and Wilde do........there is a difference. I have recommended Wilde over the years and will continue to do recommend Tom McOmber and Wilde. More

I came to this dealer with my wife who wanted to look at the new hybrid after having looked at the new Cadillac SRX. i was fully convinced that the SRX was the car I was going to purchase the very next day the new hybrid after having looked at the new Cadillac SRX. i was fully convinced that the SRX was the car I was going to purchase the very next day. However, Bill Haker was so engaging, friendly and informative that I ended up returning the next day for a test ride in the new RX 350 and needless to say we purchased two vehicles the hybrid for my wife and the 350 for myself. This dealership deserves high marks for customer service and specifically Mr. Haker for making us feel at ease the entire time. More
First off, at my age, 65, I have never been given the treatment of buying a vehicle like this. The salesman, Noah Hochberg , was excellant in his knowledge of the Lexus unit and explained in detail what treatment of buying a vehicle like this. I was also pleased that for the first time in my life I was treated like a person and not a dealership "up" walking into the car lot. Noah was kind and professional and talked about the dealership that he was proud to be with because it was like a family to him. He expounded on that the leadership and ownership treated their empolyees like family and not like they could do without him or others in their employ. Since I am a retired K-9 Police Officer who was very close to the 9/11 tradgedy with friends and fellow K9 Officers who were at ground zero, I was impressed that his manager talked with his employees about the tragedy on the eve of 09/11 instead of the normal sales pep talk. This impressed me about everything that NOAH talked about. I could trust what he said to me. Frank Justin the Finance manager was great and made the financing easy and simple. I came back a few days later to talk with NOAH and to give him my extra keys to the vehicle that I traded, and he sat with me to show me certain things on the car that he was unable to show me when he delivered the vehicle due to overloading the buyer with too much information at once. He was patient and understanding with me and then introduced me to Janson Peters , Service Manager and David Trimble,Lexus Delivery Specialist. I then asked NOAH if certain cosmetic things could be done to the vehicle and he immediately went to the service garage, received and estimate and gave it to His sales manager where he immediately approved the repair which really impressed me. This is service at its best after the sale. I can only say that I keep vehicles for about 3 years and I am going back to Lexus, Wilde Dealership, for my next car and the cars after that. The product is excellant, the salesmenship is excellant, the management is excellant and the car buying experience was the greatest feeling in the world. To top it off, the valet service attendant, Joe, told me he loved to work at this place and loved the management. That said something to me about this dealership that made me feel good about my choice in Lexus and Wilde. Their slogun of Love Wilde is true. My salesman, Jim Lally, provided me with all the real cost information I needed to make an informed decision. Jim's help continued even after I paid for the car. His superior, Avi Kaufam worked with me on trade-ins of both my older cars. The trade-in values were better than typical dealers' prices. As result, I bought a second used Lexus for my wife in addition to the 3100 mile loaner I bought. I give Wilde Lexus the highest marks. More

We each test drove the car of our choice and was so impressed with the vehicle we new we had to purchase one for each. We worked with Alex Ley and could not have asked for a more friendly, low pressure sales person to help us. We love our new Lexus RX350 and Lexus CT200H. Our whole experience with Lexus was beyond belief from the time we walked in the door where the receptionist greeted us, to the sales rep, financial help, service concierge and the service department for a few added extras. The loaner car was an excellent service as it allowed us to resume business in our lives as usual. We have received several compliments on our purchase and have recommended all of the people that welcomed us and made our experience enjoyable. We love you, Wilde on Clark, in Sarasota. More
