We each test drove the car of our choice and was so impressed with the vehicle we new we had to purchase one for each. We worked with Alex Ley and could not have asked for a more friendly, low pressure sales person to help us. We love our new Lexus RX350 and Lexus CT200H. Our whole experience with Lexus was beyond belief from the time we walked in the door where the receptionist greeted us, to the sales rep, financial help, service concierge and the service department for a few added extras. The loaner car was an excellent service as it allowed us to resume business in our lives as usual. I had the best experience ever thanks to Stephan. I called for a vehicle that was already sold and when most places would say sorry and hang up he explained that he could help me find what I needed. After telling him what my needs were he diligently went to work. I am a doctor and dont have time to hunt for the car I need so the service he provided without me even asking was an unexpected surprise. Not only did he listen to my wants and needs he went above and beyond with vehicle options. After selecting my car of choice, which was different then the car I originally called for, he made my life even easier by bringing the car to me with the paperwork so that I did not have to leave my practice. My mom had to be in the hospital for few days due to a medical condition and was being discharged in few days. We knew what type car we wanted and it was few years new. We searched the internet and found the best one with our desired miles and we found it at Wild Lexus. The entire cart sales transaction took place over the phone since we could not leave Tampa to Sarasota to see the car but trusted the sales person with the descriptions and we agreed on a fair price. We arrive in Sarasota the next afternoon to sign the papers and get the roomer car that we love and always wanted (we have rented a one-way rental to get from Tampa to Sarasota). We got to the dealership to find the car in excellent condition as described over the phone and exceeding our expectations. The most pleasant experience then was the paper work (sales and finance). It was very informational, prompt and professional. To add to all this pleasant experience they had the LUXUS EXTRA CARE Platinum and the Lexus Road Hazard for used cars with vast maintenance and road hazard coverage. We had barely started a road trip to Pennsylvania from Ft Myers, FL, when we realized we had a flat tire. Lexus Enform contacted roadside assistance from Wilde Lexus - they were prompt in contacting us, in coming out to put on the spare tire, and in guiding us back to the dealership so we could have a new tire installed. We were welcomed into the dealership (along with our dog, Riley) and waited for the repair to be completed in air-conditioned comfort (even had dog treats for the dog!). What could have been a very trying event was very tolerable and our trip to PA was delayed only briefly. We are grateful for the excellent service and the kindness shown to us and Riley! More
