When I shop for a vehicle I like to see them, drive them, and decide for myself what I want, what suits me best, and within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service I received at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Mr. Harry Fendt walked me around the lot and showed me the vehicles that I wanted to see. He was warm and friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was allowed to choose what I wanted to see, drive and ask questions about. I have never had such a stress-free experience with car shopping. Mr. Fendt also went the extra mile to visit my home and set up my garage door opener, that I had been struggling with. After my purchase, Mr. Fendt also called me a few weeks later to ask how I was enjoying my vehicle and offering to assist with any further questions or concerns I may have. OMG, what a wonderful experience from the moment I was greeted to the moment I got into my very clean car with a tank full of gas! She was absolutely WONDERFUL in helping me. I have never had such exceptional service in my 60 years. My only possible complaint is that the car doesn't need service nearly enough! Our first visit to Wilde Lexus was a spur of the moment decision. We didn't know anything about the Wilde Lexus dealership or anyone who had previously purchased a vehicle from Wilde. We weren't sure what type of car we really were looking for and at first thought we wanted a Lexus SUV. We were in no particular hurry to purchase a car and thought we would have to be looking for weeks and weeks. We actually came into the dealership somewhat late on a Saturday afternoon. It must have been our lucky day as Jim Lally introduced himself and started helping us. Although the late hour, Jim was patient, informative, helpful and we never felt rushed nor hurried. We were able to test drive 2 vehicles and decided they weren't quite what we wanted. Although now past 6 p.m., Jim stayed beyond closing hours and showed us several other vehicles on the lot to possibly consider for a followup test drive the next week. He was courteous, professional, but down to earth with none of the customary car salesman type pressure or phony sales talk. We decided to try to come in after work on a Tuesday night. Work schedules didn't allow that, however, and we made arrangements to come in the next Saturday when we could devote more time. Jim had several vehicles lined up and we were able to test drive 2 more SUV's plus 2 sedans. Our last test drive was the charm and we purchased a 2010 Lexus ES 350. We couldn't be happier with our Lexus - the quality, the workmanship, the beauty of it, etc. but the big component to our even buying a car at this time was Jim Lally and the superior customer service from Wilde Lexus.
