I bought my RX350 2010 last November. I finally went to Dave Trimble's class a couple of weeks ago to learn how to better use my nav system. I learned a lot that day including using the voice activation for my Bluetooth. I went right out to my car, changed the setting and have been using it ever since. I realized how much I did NOT know about the nav system. Dave came out to my house this moring and gave me an individual lesson on the system and I learned a lot more. Dave was great, very knowledgeable and I thank Wilde Lexus for providing this service, especially for those of us who are a little electronically challenged. Jane Kiebitz More
Purchased a new IS 350C 3 months ago. The sales experience was great. Emailed the dealership with exact requirements for the vehicle I was looking for. Within a few hours Alex responded. Bought a 2010 ES350 four months ago from this dealership. Loved it but did not get the Navigation System which I should have. While having a complementary car wash and talking to Grant from sales, I mention Loved it but did not get the Navigation System which I should have. While having a complementary car wash and talking to Grant from sales, I mention to him that I was disappointed about not purchasing the Nav system. I went into the waiting room for a coffee. Before my car was finished with the wash, Grant returned and said that I could upgrade to a new vehicle with the options I want. I was able to trade up to what I should have had the first time. This dealership worked with me for the best price. Before the day was over I did drive home with a clean car. It might have been a new one, but never the less a clean one. See you at my next complementary car wash. This time all I'll buy is a coffee mug. More
